CASUAL STAFF REQUIREMENTS
Swift Solutions will propose a temporary placement for a minimum period of four hours based on an hourly rate.
Our quoted rates for temporary staff include assignees pay, worker’s compensation, payroll tax, holiday pay and loading, superannuation, termination/hiring costs and long service leave entitlements.  There are NO HIDDEN COSTS. The hiring of casual staff is also a tax deduction.

TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT PLACEMENTS
Swift Solutions can provide a temporary person to fill your required position for a minimum period of sixty (60) working days based on an hourly rate payable to Swift Solutions. After a sixty (60) day working period you can employ the assignee at no extra cost.

PERMANENT PLACEMENTS
As an alternative to temporary placements Swift Solutions propose a permanent placement based on the following criteria.  Swift Solutions will provide two/three applicants most suited to your requirements. Interviews can be held at your own premises or if you wish at our Bondi Junction or Liverpool offices.  All applicants are fully screened and reference checked with copies of resumes submitted to you before interviewing.  Whatever the requirement we can help.

Swift Solutions maintains a quality control program on each of our field assignees.  All our assignees understand that their performance is constantly measured which in itself ensures a high degree of productivity and accuracy. Specifically this program includes

  • Telephone assessment on the first day
  • Telephone assessment - ongoing

IN SUMMARY
The duties that Swift will provide are -

  1. Recruit qualified Swift assignees.
  2. The keeping of accurate payroll records.
  3. Telephone coverage from its premises between 7.30am and 5.00pm and with an after hours number for emergencies.
  4. The continued monitoring and measuring of the performance of its assignees.
  5. The responsibility for Swift Assignees salaries, annual holiday pay, payroll tax and workers compensation insurance and the making of all appropriate income tax deductions.
